Making AI practical, explainable & trustworthy.

I'm a Sr Director leading AI & data innovation, helping organisations change how they use data, analytics and machine learning to solve real problems and create business value.

I work where strategy, technology and delivery meet: building and scaling AI teams, setting AI roadmaps, and taking complex initiatives from concept to production. I translate between business, data science and engineering so everyone pulls in the same direction, and I mentor teams so they grow their own capabilities.

Outside of work you'll find me chasing landscapes with a camera, following Formula 1 and European football, riding my road bike, and planning the next trip. This site is my personal playground.
