2008

Customer Online Reporting Dashboard
Build a part and took over the support and development for our new customer online reporting extranet portal.

Global Strategic KPI Reporting Dashboard
Supported and supplied KPI information/data for a Global Strategic KPI Dashboard for our global CEO and accounting team to support and measure the results of the newly launched strategic KPI initiatives.
Microstrategy Toolset: Dashboarding, Oraloader for csv file data loads.
Vendor Metrics Reporting Dashboard
Building a flash based Vendor KPI Scorecard similar to the Customer Online Reporting project, with Extranet access for our Vendors.

Promotion and Trainings Video’s
For our National Sales Meeting I build several promotional video’s of the Customer Online Ordering Tool and the Sales Rep Dashboard which where launched during this big convention.

2007

Unshipped Orders Reporting
This project consisted of developing complex SQL logic from various data points to calculate a more accurate Estimated Ship Date for unshipped order lines to better inform our internal Sales Support Team as well as our Customers.
Microstrategy Tools: Project architecture design and implementation of Logical tables, Desktop report and dashboard development, TOAD oracle SQL.

Project Manager Achievements


  • Implemented European Enterprise wide Data warehouse and web based Reporting system for the Merchandising department within the Office Products Division. Lead project team of 4 people and 2 external consultants of BI vendor to implement system on time and within budget. This was the first European Data Warehouse connecting data from 7 different ERP systems in 9 subsequent countries into one central database for reporting and analysis purpose.
